Chef's Market interview questions

First Interview was 2 hours long, lots of questions about my history and a tour of the facility. Met with the Director, Owner and General Manager. They each reviewed my resume in detail, and inquired about my salary expectations. There was also quite a bit of discussion around how to build a menu, and what connections I have within the city currently to bring to the company.
