Interview
Asked few questions regarding the previous work experience I had and also some behavioral questions by two managers and after that, a typing speed test and then all done. It took about 15 minutes.
Apply through the hotel website and interview with the reservations manager and someone from the HR department. Interview was straight forward with questions directed towards you and your customer service skills
Sat down for a one on one interview with the head of reservations, it was a really good interview, calm and relaxed. Made me feel at ease and the interview wasn't too tough.
