Chelsea Piers interview questions

The interview process was initially engaging, but the candidate experience ultimately fell far short of expectations. I completed four rounds of interviews and a substantial take-home assignment. The assignment was directly related to the company's marketing communications, and I approached it with the same level of professionalism and thoroughness I would bring to the role itself. After completing the final interview, I followed up multiple times regarding next steps and never received a response. After asking candidates to invest considerable time in a multi-stage process and complete extensive unpaid work, basic communication and closure should be the minimum expectation.
