The process took two days. After I sent in my resume, I heard back a week or so later to set up an interview. The first interview is with the hiring manager, who was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgable about the market and what he does. At the end of the first interview, he asked for me to come in the next morning to "job shadow" and if that went well, then meet with an executive to discuss specific details.
The second round interview began at 9am. I arrived at the office 10 minutes early and ended up sitting in the waiting room until 9:45. The "job shadow" was me and the same hiring manager sitting in the cafeteria continuing our conversation over coffee.
Then the third round (?) was the same manager and I sitting in the waiting area talking for another hour or so. Here we discussed that there isn't a salary, everything is commission based. Everything. The position is going into the field and talking to people outside on the street about using a free cell phone while at the same time being trained to go into management. Every person within the company started in the same position, which shows there is potential to grow and rewards for putting forth the effort.
Not the position I want to do, but I can see how it can appeal to people.
