I applied to the program in early April, got an email about a month later to complete a virtual one-way interview. About a week later, I advanced to the second round where I had to complete and submit a take-home project. I didn't hear for over a month since submitting the project, and ultimately got a rejection email in late June. A bit frustrating that I made it two rounds into the process but got rejected before even getting to actually speak with anyone at the organization. It is a competitive program so maybe this is how they weed people out. Overall seems like a really cool program for those who get offered and definitely a unique interview process.

Fairly long process, you meet with members of multiple departments with different levels of experience from coordinator roles to directors. Entire process took roughly two months which included coming on site.
