Chicago Tag & Label interview questions

Received a phone call on the way to the interview stating that one of them won't be attending, the owner and that they would have to cancel. I stated I was on my way already so they decided to conduct the interview. Arrived early and the interview didn't start on time. So the interview starts and the HR personal who is conducting the interview decided that she needed to leave to submit some pay period work. Leaving me with the other two interviewers. I'm about half way thru the interview and one of the interviewers stated I would have to come back to do an interview with the owner, which the owner should of been at but decided to leave early to go home. Seems to me that this small business of about 150 employees is being micro managed by the owner, typical. Anyways after the interview I had made my mind that even if they offered a job, I would turn it down. Why would I want to work for a place who can't show common courtesy and respect to a person who can be a valuable employee to the company.
