Interview
The restaurant I applied for is currently under construction, so I was directed to a cozy little hiring trailer behind the build sight. I filled out a provided application, and then had a short talk with the owner and her husband. They seemed genuinely concerned about my schooling, and were very easy to talk to. Upon finishing our conversation I was offered a job on the spot at a higher wage than I had asked for. I applied online Thursday and was offered the job Friday. The whole process definitely left a good impression on me.

Interview
I applied online, and then I received an email from the Director of Talent and Recruitment for a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 15 minutes, and it was just making sure I fit the minimum requirements - available 25 hours a week, open or close shift, Saturdays are expected, and no jewelry besides 2 studs in each ear. Later, I got an email to schedule an in-person interview. Asked basic food service questions, then gave me a tour of the kitchen.

Interview
I came in and told the cashier I was interviewing, a few minutes a interviewer came out and gave me an interview. I sat across the table from a lady and she gave me a 10 min interview. The interview was pretty easy and I was told I needed a interview with higher up employers but I never came back.
