Very friendly, do not put pressure on you. Seems more like a conversation. The interview takes place inside a Chick-fil-a and they ask you a variety of questions regarding your experience and how you would contribute to the company. The interview took around 20 minutes and they reply fairly quickly with your results. I would come in prepared knowing about the company and its strategic goals.
