I met Karen and we moved to a table out of the way. After going over basic experience questions, the questions were geared toward my character and how I handle conflict as well as how I would define success. I can’t say that the interview was easy as the questions make you really think on various things.

It was pretty laid back. All behavioral questions. "A time you dealt with a customer". Sat down in one of the locations and just spoke with the hiring manager. They ask you basic behavioral questions.

Friendly and enjoyable experience! Hiring manager was really nice and I felt that all my anxiety washed away once I started talking. 10/10! Be prepared to be asked questions about customer service.

Very chill and laid back environment, it felt very warm and friendly. Asked many open ended questions that really made you think and put thought into your answers not just yes no questions.
