Chicory interview questions

convoluted and unnecessarily long. I had to go through six rounds of interviews to end up with no offer after losing out to someone with more experience, which they could've figured out by the 1st or 2nd interview.

I interviewed with someone on the recruitment / talent acquisition team first who was very nice and clear on next steps of the interview process. I then had a phone screen with someone on the team and progressed to a third round. The third round was with two team members - one was there really just to listen in. I did not think the interview questions were really effective and explaining my background and showing what kind of worker I am. They ask you the same series of questions (strengths / weaknesses) for the past 3 jobs you had - one of those jobs was a job I had 6 years ago. The interviewer also asked me if I liked my past and current managers, and what their full names and titles were. I thought that was very odd.
