Childfirst interview questions

One interview with Executive Director and Board President. Very informal interview but good questions regarding my management style and experiences. I felt like they asked good questions and were explaining the position well, including my daily job requirements. After the first interview, I was hired shortly after and given additional duties based on my experiences.
