I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Children Youth & Family Collaborative in Jun 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by two managers. They were really enthusiastic and committed to helping serve students. They were informal so the interview was not stressful. The questions pertained to my experience and situational. I was informed of the offer within two weeks of the interview. The training was disorganized. Some of the DVDs were incomplete. The test on the materials were not well developed.

Question 1
What would you do if a student shared with you an uncomfortable situation?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Children Youth & Family Collaborative (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I received an email through Indeed, where I had posted my Resume. Upon replying to the email, I was scheduled to come into HQ in L.A. for an assessment. I was told they normally do the assessment and interview separately, but due to my commute, they would grade my assessment right away and interview me if I passed. The actual interview was quite simple and I heard back by the end of the week with a job offer.

Question 1
Are you willing to commute down to H.Q. about once per month for regular staff meetings?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Children Youth & Family Collaborative (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I ended up waiting over 45 minutes because the Program Managers were running late in the previous interview. I am a patient person, but that is pretty ridiculous. I almost walked out due to the lack of professionalism. The interview went well though when I finally met with them. The front office staff did not apologize once.
