    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Children's Learning Adventure (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2016.

    Interview

Met with center director. She asked a few questions - not very detailed. There isn't really an academic or educational vibe in the building, or in the staff, so the questions were like I was interviewing for an office job. Very pleasant people, and everyone I met seemed happy.

The information they need for employee file is normal for childcare. They don't do a very good job managing it, though. Expect to bring a couple copies of forms, especially diplomas and certification copies.
