Interview
Probably the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. The hiring manager took the call from her car with her camera off and made it very clear she wanted the interview to end as quickly as possible from the start. She asked two follow-up questions after asking for a summary of my sales experience that made it very clear she didn't listen to my answer to her first question. After less than 10 minutes (most of which were questions I posed) she ended the interview by saying "Well I have a ton of these this week so.. we will let you know." Complete waste of my time and a blessing to learn right away this is not someone I would want to work for.

Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, mock presentation, interview with director of US operations. Pretty quick scheduling and relatively straightforward process overall. Eventually they decided that they would no longer be hiring in market for my role after 4+ rounds of conversations.

Just the online application process and it was a good experience. Besides the very positive messaging of addressing food waste, there were nice audio interview recordings from the CEO and others that gave you a flavor of what the culture is at Choco. Really gives you a sence of the companies values are.
