I was invited to a panel video interview. Both of the interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. They asked pretty simple and straightforward questions you would expect to be asked. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Nobody from the company reached out to me after the interview. I sent a follow up email to each of the interviewers, and a week later I tried calling one of the interviewers and left a voicemail to try to follow up, but I didn't hear back from anyone. It seems like it should be common courtesy to send a simple rejection email to a candidate if they aren't the right fit for a position.
