It was easy. She just reviewed my resume. Asked me questions about my resume. She was super friendly and gave me situation-based questions to see how I would react since I was going to work for firsthand with patients.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Christian Health (Wyckoff, NJ) in Mar 2017
The job was posted online through the company's website and I applied this way. I got a response for an interview within 1 week and had the interview a few days later. The interview was formal but not intimidating. A lengthy personality quiz was done before the actual one on one interview. After my interview with the HR rep, I was given a tour of Ramapo Ridge by the Nurse Manager and had personal time to ask questions and learn more about the facility. After my interview, I hadn't heard back for about 3 weeks or so and was then offered the position.
- They asked me what makes me a good candidate in an emergency situation.

This interview was the longest non sense interview I have ever had in my life , this company preaches to be unique and many stars of course . What they required to be hired doesn't specifically apply when they call you for the interview . Specially a potential CNA with no experience .
- Why do you think our company should hired you, and what would you bring to us .
- Tell me about a situation that you have in the past with a person or costumer . How did you deal with the situation , and how this situation helped you to the upcoming events that you probably would have and what was your response and safe the day. And every body was happy.
- If we decide to hire you . Let say you got a position with . So and so . And you have this taugh situation . Tell me how will you response to this .
