I was encouraged to apply for position by an old coworker currently working there. Manager was not very approachable and only communicated through email. She scheduled a Monday interview through an email sent on the Friday before which I was not able to attend. I followed up with 3 emails and 2 phone calls to reschedule and recieved zero response back. Later i heard the manager said I rejected the offer.
