I applied online. I interviewed at Cintra (Austin, TX) in Jun 2019
Interview
I applied for the job directly through the company website. About a week later received an email for a video interview. The interview went pretty well as the recruiter asked me typical behavioral questions and seemed impressed when I went into detail about studying abroad in Spain and my previous working experience. Was told I would hear back in about a week if I progressed or not to the next stage as the program was set to to start in two weeks, but never heard back.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintra
Interview
It was a pretty straight forward process. You had to pass a English test (fairly easy) and a numerical test, nothing really difficult but be prepared to read charts and make quick calculations. After passing this tests, the CV screening was made. If you pass the screening a phone call will be set up with the HR team, mainly it will be fit so make the research and know the sector and position in advance. If selected, you will have a final interview with another HR. Show your motivation!
