Recruiter contacted me and after initial phone conversation with them, call was set up with agency hiring manager. Felt overqualified for the position based on many factors but had interview anyway. I decided after phone call that the role was not a good fit for me. Seemed to have very inexperienced people in leadership roles based on their answers to my questions.
