I was contacted by a recruiting agency for this position. I agree to the interview as I was interested in exploring the crypto field. The first interview was a coding challenge. Before starting the challenge I went on Glassdoor to see if folks had any feedback on this tests. Mostly I found negative reviews. Now, after giving the challenge myself, I agree with all of them. I am not sure what their end goal was with this exercise, but, if they are looking for a candidate to just come in and finish designing a game in 90 minutes then they are looking for a needle in a haystack. This tells me what the culture would be like once the candidate joins the team.
