Topics: RC circuits, MOS circuits, Amplifiers, Power related topics, Digital timing-related questions.
The interview is conducted after a test, the test also contains aptitude questions.
It was great experience. Generally, they select through campus placements. There will be an online test & interview for shortlisted candidates. Both are not difficult to clear, if prepared basic concepts on that domain.
