My initial conversation with the recruiter, Dan Shepp, was positive and informative. However, after the first screening call, communication stopped entirely. Despite following up, I did not receive any updates regarding next steps, timeline, or the status of my application.
While I understand that hiring priorities can change and recruiters manage many candidates, a brief update or closure message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication left an otherwise positive first impression of the company feeling incomplete.
Overall, the experience highlighted a disconnect between the initial engagement and the candidate follow-up process.
