The interview was totally focused to understand if I have sense of urgency, if I know when to escalate issues to upper management and besides this they did a lot of technical questions based on what I wrote in my resume.

The unexpected situation, occurred when they joined me into a conference call with a bunch of Developers and engineers from India and USA, where I had to exposure who I am and my background and answer some questions.
