The first interview was through WebEx, the person interviewing me was nice, but not paying attention to our interview (he repeated same questions several times).
Next step, I had to create a video presentation, which was quite easy - remember to dress nice, smile, talk loud and clear + some video editing and background music.
Finally, I was at Cisco office for the last interview - I spend more than 50 hours preparing for it (learning about Cisco products, preparing for the roleplay etc.). Eventually, I didn't get the job, but the process was fun, the recruiters were nice and friendly + some good food and decent coffee. The person that got the position, was there last year and he was at Cisco's summer boot camp, so he knew all the people, processes and his earlier mistakes. Only half of the technical questions were changed from last year, so that was also a huge advantage for him. I felt the competition between us was a bit unfair, but he definitely deserves the job :-)
