I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Cisco (London, England)
Interview
Assessment centre consisting of a technical test, interview and a sales role-play followed by a presentation. Interview centred around personality, more of a discussion about aspirations and the motivation behind your application.
Technical test wasn't particularly difficult, Interviewers were friendly, attentive and asked insightful questions. There were also several assessors for each activity, which was positive.
Unfortunately they lose points in my book for poor communication (any correspondence received was instigated by myself) and lack of transparency following the interview process.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cisco (Bengaluru) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview was kind of okey only most of the questions where asked from my resume. And my internship. The question was a situational based question. In that i need to sell a product to the panelist.
