      Finance Undergraduate Program Interview

      Mar 15, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Berkeley, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cisco (Berkeley, CA) in Mar 2013

      Interview

I met the recruiter at a career fair on my campus, gave him my resume, and then contacted him on LinkedIn and asked some questions about the company after reviewing the annual report. I got offered an interview in a couple of days. The interview was at our campus career center, and I only had to do a single interview. it was all purely behavioral questions that had to do with my resume, why I was a good fit for Cisco, and why I wanted to join Cisco. After the interview I got the interviewer's email and sent a thank you letter. It seemed that the interviewer's email either full or not being checked very often because I got a reply that said that she was on Thanksgiving break (I sent the email in the middle of march), so I asked the second person that was there from Cisco to thank the interviewer. I got an offer 3 days later.
