The interview process was easy - an initial phone screen over WebEx, then they flew me out to RTP North Carolina, where I was in three different interviews over the course of the day. The first was a general "do you fit at Cisco" interview, the second was a technical interview that asked simple troubleshooting/network questions, and the third was a presentation that you're asked to prepare in advance. Overall, the day was relatively free of stress, and Cisco made the experience a very positive one.
