Contacted multiple times by Cisco direclty and from external agents for the same position (still do), so I decided to give it a try. After uploading the CV, still needed to fill in most information by hand (not sure if their Linkedin way of imporating data works) and retyping half of my CV in their "amazing" Was extremly hard to agree on a time slots (I have been working full day). All calls during "business hours" - 9am - 5pm CET. Recruiter arrived 20min late to a 20min "screening call". I asked her for next steps, she told me she will share my "amazing" CV with the hiring manager (heard that before), I asked if there are notifciations if I am not considered. She said yes, but it is NO- I am still waiting for the "you are not considered" email. Fair enough, I have not been hired but at least mark me in the system as do not contact for the CSM role. I still get the odd linkedin msg from Cisco recruiters and external agents, who would like to talk with me about the CSM role. --- Would be great if they manage their candidates better and stop spamming people with jobs you have been rejected. - Should be only a tick away to do that. :) Last week I requested to remove my profile/date from their plattform. - At least this was handeled fast. - Guess the responsible team for that works hard! .. I dont wanna sound bitter, as I used to work with the EMEA manager in a previous job before, but I dont like if a company does not value my time.
