Straight to the point, very technical with questions on Performance issues in Liferay Portal and how to resolve them. The interveiw lasted for barely 30 minutes, but was to the point. Decision made right away with the feed back in less than 1/2 hour after the interview.
Multiple experts from relevant technologies for the technical rounds. One meeting with the engineering director for aptitude, fitment and expectation setting for short and long term upon hiring. Successful completion of all the above followed by single HR interview

Hiring process at this level had multiple levels of interviews each requiring a different level of detail. Customer facing capabilities , adaptability and flexibility would help. Communication standards are very important to present your views correctly. Should be able to handle Scenario based questions well.
