Very technical interview process with a panel from the team. While the technical questions were tough, the panel made the entire experience very pleasent and provided immediate feedback.

Short, as it did not proceed very far beyond initial talks on compensation. Contacted recruiter/feeder on LinkedIn. Heard back fairly quickly. They were frank about constraints on compensation package. Did not proceed to technical questions.
No pressure. Friendly. Met team members. Had lunch. great company. no so great compensation. Lots of initiatives. Lots of lazy heads too. Not so much to talk about. Great place to retire.
