good.i was asked simple questions of vhdl,verilog,tcl.set-up,hold,metastability, fifo,synchronizers, etc.the person who called was a manger.he found my resume pretty apt for the position.so was keen in getting me into the team.

The interview happens in 4 stages; group discussion and 3 rounds of interview. It has one technical, one managerial and one HR round. The main focus is on your resume and work experience.

Group discussion was an Extempore, each individual was given a topic, 30sec for thinking and then have to speak on it for the next 90 seconds.
Technical Rounds focus more on your resume and projects, you must have a complete understanding about your project and your contribution. Managerial Round is a mix of Technical and Scenario based questions where your ethics and professionalism are checked.
HR round is somewhat similar to other companies.
1st Round
