Interview was very laid back. Like a conversation. There were times we started talking about other things and had to get back to the interview. We did a lot of laughing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Found the job via 3rd party recruiter, had phone interview then onsite interview with the manager and then one of his employees. I ended up getting the offer, but it sure did take a long time from the offer date to the start date (almost a month).
