After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.

online round->technical round->managerial round->HR round... If your concepts are clear and you are good at networking then the process would be easier. also, communication skills is one of the major factors for selection in the company.
Basically the process was very streamlined 3 interviews in one day. HR-Technical-Technical. I would say if you have knowledge in networking it is good quality interview and demanding enough but not too much,
