HR did initial screening, HIring Mgr & Associate did phone interview and was completely honest that my skills wasn't a match to the job they were trying to hire.

3 rounds. Group. Complete task assessment in the interview. Very easy start up vibes. going but task awhile for them to get back to you. Very fun place to work

Cisco, you can and should do better. A company with your reputation ought to uphold higher standards of communication and professionalism.
