      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cisive (Spring Lake, NC) in Jul 2017

      Interview

1st Stage was a brief phone screen with a recruiter from the company's HQ in NY. She was very friendly and informative. 2nd Stage was a face-to-face with the on-site hiring manager. She was also very friendly, but she checked her phone, email, Apple watch, and other devices throughout the entire 1 hour interview. The hiring manager talked a majority of the time (which is a good sign). She talked to me about the problems they were facing and I shared possible courses of action that I would take. 3rd stage was to create a 5 minute presentation on phone etiquette and deliver it to a panel of managers. I was invited to this stage, but I declined to advance to this stage.
