I recently interviewed for a position at this company and have been meaning to leave a review here.
The interview process itself was absolutely fine and followed quite a typical format and I actually felt that the company did a good job of providing extra information to help with preparation for the interviews.
However, what I did find shocking was how after getting through to the final round of interviews and taking the time and effort to complete a task and prepare a presentation as part of the interview process, I was notified the outcome of the interview by an email from HR from a 'no-reply' email address... I think this type of candidate experience should be called out as it is frankly quite appalling, especially in this current job market.
Candidates are expected to put in the effort and time to work on tasks that often take days to complete and the least that a company can do is to let them know the outcome of a final stage interview properly. Either by phone with some actual feedback or at the very least, by sending a kind and compassionate email with some feedback or reasoning for the decision. To instead, send an email via a 'no-reply' email address is just an awful candidate experience as it doesn't allow the candidate the opportunity to even ask for any feedback.
