3 rounds, one with HR, next with hiring manager, 3rd with founder who will ask you questions about every job you've ever had. 2nd interview was at 5 pm and then the 3rd interview was at 9 am the next day. They do something called a threat of reference check which means they will ask about your manager at every job and what they would say about you, and then they'll call them and verify everything.
