The initial interview was a phone screening, just general questions to determine my eligibility and if I were a candidate they wanted to bring in to have a sit-down interview with a subject matter expert. The second interview was with in-house with the project manager and a project analyst. They described their project and what they would be needing from me as a QA Manager and tester. Then they asked to describe what I would do once I came on board as far as process improvement, testing strategies, and QA procedures.
