Applied for a job in the loan department. Was contacted for a phone interview and an in person interview.
Very disappointed with the interview process at CIB. For the phone interview, the interviewer call was 20 minutes late with no apology or explanation.
After in person interview was never contacted again; called interviewers for follow up and phone calls were never returned.
Overall a poor experience for a prospective employee.
