Interview
The interview process is fairly easy. I had an initial zoom interview and was invited for a face-to-face panel interview. I underwent the background check and urinalysis screening and was offered a position. I was never told the salary for the loan administration position until I asked if there was room for negotiation, I was later contacted and told the offer was rescinded. Upper management felt I would not stay long term due to my salary expectations. I was left no choice to accept the offer for the salary offered by management. I was completely blindsided and felt the whole process was unprofessional.

Interview
The interview process was easy. First, it was a zoom interview, followed up by an in-person interview. I received an offer without knowing the salary until I completed the background and urinalysis. The management rescinded the offer after I requested to negotiate the salary maximum. The salary maximum was never given nor did they offer me the opportunity to accept the original offer. I went through the entire process only for the management to assume I would not remain a future employee due to their compensation.
