Application process took four months due to staff shortages and poor planning.
Started with a redundant online assessment with zero questions related to the role.
Two months later followed by in-person interview, which was fairly standard.
Two months later following by second in-person interview, where they asked me exactly the same questions again.
Was told I would receive an update a few days later.
Two weeks later I received an update that I would receive 'feedback' the day after,
The day after, I received a blanket template email with zero feedback and a decline.
One thing I noticed in both interviews is that they stressed how often staff would work overtime. Staff reviews have pointed out that all of this would of been unpaid.
