I was asked about previous employment, and what I did in these roles. I was then asked why I left my previous work place since I had a gap. I was taken to the back of the warehouse and shown around to get a feel of the shop. Then asked if I had any questions about the job.

the interview process is relaxed and more of an informal discussion, asking you why you would like to work for the company and why you feel you would be suitable for the role. They will then ask standard competency-based questions.
