I went to a university career fair and spoke with the recruiters who told me I had to fill out an online application. After I filled out the application, I had a phone interview a few days later which was easy and they asked fairly simple questions. I also had to fill out an assessment which I really overlooked and I think that's why I wasn't asked back for a second interview.
The interview process is formal. Also easy, they were very quick and considerate when it came to timing. General Manager was very friendly and the AI part was also easy.
