It was calm and chill for the most part, they don't ask you technical Questions other than Sceneroes on what you would do. An example is they would give a situation and then ask what principles you would follow and how you would tackle the problem.

Interview
The interview process was very well done. They asked very realistic and behavioural-type questions, as well as experiences in teaching. A lot of their questions were based on situations that can happen in the pool, and I feel like they: 're not only looking for how much you know of either first aid or aquatics-related content, but how to communicate to other people since that will be something that can happen during a shift time.
