Civic Entertainment Group interview questions

There was one round with an internal recruiter, two rounds with company management. Interviews were virtual, held via Zoom. Interviews lasted about 20 mins each and felt more like casual conversation.

There was much to be desired. I had a decent interview with one of the strategy leads who was based out of Berlin She asked thoughtful questions and was knowledge in the role and what they were looking for. My next interview was with another strategy lead who couldn't share anything about the role. In fact, the entire conversation was him poaching n asking me questions about my process and what if I could share my examples with him on the call. he admittedly told me he jst returned from vacation, but the interview was chaotic. Interesting enough, though I know I was over qualified for the role, maybe ven more qualified then this interviewer, I never heard back. Terrible thing to do in this market and in our industry.
