Civica (UT) interview questions

Interview was fine. Not too hard if you already have more than enough experience. One of the engineers asked me some weird questions which is not necessarily related to the work that I will be doing to showcase his knowledge. Stay away from that guy.

THE most unprofessional process I have ever experienced. Blatant age bias even discussed it in the interview “I’m not trying to be bias here but we all know that people over 50 are not what we are looking for” Toxic environment where you would quickly be a number. No personal feelings or empathy allowed. Just one if a long line to be replaced by the next. Stay far far away.
