Online questions, additional information, assessment centre then final board. Online questions were standard but took quite a long time and were repetitive. Final board was more interesting and is the only stage which is scheme-specific.
Assessment involved looking at a sample case and summarising the details in a brief. Interview required you to talk about your plan of action if there were issues with government policies.

The first task was a written advice task on a policy area. The second task involved a stakeholder communication. The final task was a Personal development conversation (interview) where they asked about strengths, weaknesses and motivation to join the fast stream
