Interview
There is a standard recruiting test that consists of general intelligence, quantitative and logical reasoning questions and two case study-type of questions. Following the test, in case the candidate passes, there is a case interview conducted by a Project manager, which lasts about 1-1.5 hrs.

The typical case interview is based on the interviewer launching a case study and question to be solved, for example market sizing.
Very interesting and challenging. Had case interviews which followed the structure of top tier consulting firms' interviews. The responses between the stages were fast, so the whole process took less than a month.
