      Systems Administrator Interview

      Oct 28, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clarion Boards in Apr 2011

      Interview

First Interview was very basic. Met with Department head and went over the usual interview questions. Later we got in to the work environment and day to day operations. Had second interview where I met with the whole IT dept. on site. They had a volley of questions more technically based and asked more about me personally. The experience was rather pleasant. The third interview was a stress test with one of the managers to see how I would react to a more difficult personality. It was ...interesting.

      Question 1

Third interview my Resume was picked apart and questioned. It was somewhat insulting. The idea as I said above was to see how I handled difficult situations. It kind of was a warning sign for what I might run in to while on the job.
