The process is very slow and lethargic. They don’t have good salary structure and the negative point is despite knowing the candidates current salary you take the interview and then later offer same salary. If you don’t have the budget then don’t waste the time of other people. And the most unprofessional experience that i found was , when the person negotiates on salary they just duck. And never show up again. By the way just to update they mention 200-500 employee which is fake they just have ~30-40 employees and now may be less than that.
